This will include: <br />o lnstalling new fencing around the laundry machinery in E011 <br />o Constructing a matron room in E213B, which will consist of a secure wall (plywood and <br />steelskinned), repositioned light, a new hollow metaldoor and frame, and removaland <br />replacement of the drop ceiling <br />r Cleaning and sealing the floor tile grout in the lMod (E107) restroom <br />e Cutting and grinding the supports for the tables and seating and patching the flooring <br />smooth in lMod (E107) <br />o lnstalling the selected carpet squares throughout the entire room in lMod (E107) <br />o Demo'ing existing flooring and rubber base on the areas called out on sheet 49-18 and <br />prepping the concrete below for new floor finish <br />o Polishing prepped concrete floors <br />Total cost of proposal: One Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Nine Dollars <br />$L44,779.77 + wssr <br />Time Extension Required: 84 Days from door submittal approval <br />Sincerely, <br />Scott Carlson <br />Belsaas & Smith Construction
