Appeals. <br /> The final adoption of and/or amendments to the Kittitas County comprehensive plan or <br /> development regulations, combined with any administrative environmental determinations (e.g., <br /> final threshold determination or final EIS)issued pursuant to Chapter 15.04 of this code,may be <br /> appealed through the growth management hearings board, superior court,and/or other applicable <br /> federal or state law.
