County of Kittitas,WA <br /> § 15A.06.010 PROJECT PERMIT APPLICATION PROCESS § 15A.06.020 <br /> CHAPTER 15A.06 <br /> NOTICE OF DECISION <br /> § 15A.06.010. Notice of decision issuance. <br /> A notice of decision shall be provided that includes a statement of any threshold determination <br /> made under Chapter 43.21C RCW(SEPA) and the procedures for administrative appeal, if any. <br /> The notice of decision may be a copy of the report or decision on the project permit application. <br /> For projects requiring Hearing Examiner or Planning Commission review and Board of County <br /> Commissioner approval,the notice shall be the signed ordinance or resolution. <br /> 1. Kittitas County shall provide notice of decision in the same manner as the notice of <br /> application. <br /> 2. The notice of decision shall be provided to the following persons: <br /> a. The applicant; <br /> b. Any person who,prior to the rendering of the decision, specifically requested notice <br /> of the decision; and <br /> C.
