Al,towabte uses for these funds include the cost of contracting with an architect' <br />structuraI engineer, other engineer, and ptatting and permitting' <br />Any uses of these funds outside of the tisted atl,owable uses must be approved by Kittitas <br />County in advance of the expenditure, in writing' <br />Attfunding is based on locaItax and fee revenue. lf tocat economic conditions result in <br />insufficient funds to compensate at the stated levels, the County reserves the right to <br />renegotiate funding amounts to remain within avaitabte revenue balances' The county wil'l <br />notifythe contractor immediate[y if financiatforecasting or actuats indicate such a <br />circumstance' <br />Ail.funds must be spent byJune 3O'h,2026. No extension of the funding period wil't be <br />granted. <br />Reimbursement Procedures <br />A. ALt invoices must be submitted bythe tast dayof the month fol'towingthe catendar <br />month in which services were detivered' <br />C. The contactor must provide adequate backup documentation to support costs in <br />each invoice. This inctudes a generat tedger from the financial' accounting system <br />detaiting transactions and expenditure dates for a(towabte activities within the <br />period of performance. PayrotL expenses must show empLoyee names' hourly rate' <br />number of hours, total pay, and project code. Benefits can be one tine item but <br />shoul,d inctude project code. Non-payrotl expenses must inctude a copy of the <br />receipt or payment invoice.
