Addendum to U.S. Bank Master Services Agreement <br />On September 1, 2O24, ("Effective Date") Kittitas County Treasurer ("Customer") entered into <br />the Master Services Agreement ('MSA") with U.S. Bank National Association ("Bank'')' The MSA <br />incorporates the terms of Your Deposit Account Agreement ("Agreement") and the U.5. Bank <br />Services - Terms and Conditions ("Terms") by reference. Capitalized terms not defined herein <br />shall have the meanings set forth in the MSA. This Addendum to the MSA ("this Addendum") <br />amends and supplements the MSA as set forth herein. <br />For Three (3) years from the Effective Date (the "Tetm"\, Customer and Bank agree as follows: <br />{a) Bank shall provide banking services ("Services"} as detailed in its response to Customer's <br />RFP (Bank's proposal dated April30, 212al; <br />(b) The pricing schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A shall apply to Services; and <br />(c) ThisAddendum shallexpire atthe end of theTerm unlessthe partiesagree in writingto <br />extend the Term, in which case, this Addendum may be renewed annually (for a term of <br />twelve (12)months). <br />This Addendum may be executed in any number of counterparts and by the different parties <br />hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be an <br />original, but all of which shalltogether constitute one and the same instrument' The parties agree <br />that signatures that are transmitted by facsimile or other electronic means shall be binding as of <br />the date signed and to the same extent as original signatures.
