DISCUSSION/DECISION: SPECIAL EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br /> Matthew Lundh made a motion to amend the draft agreement and add the amount of <br /> $165, 000 annual salary under Section Five (5) (first highlight) and under Sub- <br /> Section B the Merit Increase be Five Percent (5a) (second highlight) and forward <br /> to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) for review and approval. Jeff Adams <br /> seconded the motion. Discussion was held regarding a meeting with the BOCC if <br /> necessary to discuss the agreement further.
