Thc Dircctor shall evaluate the <br />Notice and prepare a StaffReport, which sball include an analysis of the Changed Circumstances <br />Notice and a recommendation for action. The StaffReport shall be submi$ed to the Board, advising <br />eiiher approval or de,nial of thc Changed Circumstances Notice and the associated requests outlined <br />rherein. The Board shall review the StaffReport and take fi[tlter action as deemed appropriate. <br />Section 9. Tiansfer ofthe Property. <br />Upon transfor ofthe Property or portion ofthe hoperty, or aoy interest in the Property, &om one landowner to <br />another, lhe conveyance dcicument shall expressly rcfer to lhis Eas.ement and be subject to its tenns, covenants' <br />conditiong antl restrictions, which shall nn with the laort and bind the Property in perpetuity. The failure of <br />Cirantor ro perform any ict required by this subsection will not impair the vatidity of this Easement or limit its <br />enforceability in any way' <br />Section l0.Amendment <br />This Easement may be ameuded by agreement of the Parties.
