I added the 2' dimension and tweaked a couple grades based on the markup <br /> they provided, particularly between the ADA ramp and the wall to the upper-level doors. <br /> Some of the other comments were already addressed with the new revisions. I also added <br /> some slope arrows to show the proposed grades in that area. The main intention is to not <br /> have greater than 5% slope in the direction of travel as well as no greater than a 2% cross <br /> slope anywhere. <br /> For the comment below, the intention is to slope evenly from existing grades at racing oval to <br /> the back of concrete slab. As for depth to dirt, that depends on how much compacted gravel <br /> the owner intends to provide.
