DEFINITIONS <br />As used throughoul ihis Contract, the following terms shall have the meaning set forth below: <br />A ?uthorized Representative"shall mean the Director and/orthe designeeauthorized in writingto act <br />on ihe Director's behalf. <br />B. "COMMERCE" shall mean the washington Department of commerce. <br />C. ,,Contract' or'Agreement' or "Granf' means the entire written agreemenl between COMMERCE <br />and the Contraclor, inctuOing any Atlachments, docu ments, or materials incorporated by reference' <br />E-mail or Facsimile Fanimis-sioiot a signed copy of this contract shall be the same as delivery of <br />an original. <br />D. All material provided to the Conlractor by GOMMERCE that is designated as "confidential" by <br />COMMERCE; <br />ii. All material produced by the Contractor that is designated as "confidenlial'by COMMERCE; <br />and <br />iii.
