KITTITAS COUNTY AMEND <br />PH M H26-002 <br />Amendment #2 <br />MENT TO: <br />This Amendment ("Amendment") is made as of June 2, 2026 by and between Kittitas County <br />(hereinafter "County"), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and Robin H Read <br />Consulting (hereinafter "Contractor"). <br />WHEREAS, the parties entered into an agreement February 1, 2026 (the "Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the grantee was requested to add additional data collection around developmental <br />disabilities related information; <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Amendment <br />The Agreement is amended as follows: in the Developmental Disabilities Biennial Plan <br />2026-2028 Creation, add hosting two listening sessions under data updates in the scope of <br />work. <br />Total contract amount increases by $3,500 to a new contract total of $27,500. <br />2.
