Additionally, local code does not require the PIV to be connected to the fire alarm <br />system. Please confirm whether the Plv is required to be tied into the fire alarm system. <br />lf a connection is not required, relocating the PIV near the hydrant would be a more cost-effective solution. lf a connection is required, it <br />would necessitate trenching across the iite again; however, this alternative location would still be more practical from a constructability <br />standpoint. <br />lmpact: Pending response, TBD <br />Reference Sketch:sK-116.1 <br />Reference Sheets ASlOO <br />RESPONSE TO RFI <br />Let us know if moving it to the east if feasible. This would be more out of the way but understand it <br />extends the line. Kady does not want it to be by the fire hydrant as it will be an obstruction for concert <br />events etc. Keeping ii off the track and BTC area is preferred. Local Alarm: A local signaling service that notifies building occupants of a valve closure. <br />3. Locking: Valves are locked in the open posilion. <br />4.
