Meeting called to order at 9:00 AM <br /> 2. Citizen Comments— None <br /> 3. Approval of Minutes <br /> MOTION TO APPROVE JANUARY 28T" 2026 MINUTES: Ed Barry moved to approve the January <br /> 281h 2026, minutes. Ronald Ness second. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> 4. VSP Update <br /> Eddie Vader gave an update on the Veteran Service Program including insight into resource fair <br /> planning, a new VSO,voucher program, gift cards for upper county, and the new appointment <br /> process. <br /> 5. Membership Discussion <br /> Emma Madland introduced the item giving background into the interviews and asking Ruben to <br /> share his thoughts and recommendations. Ruben Cardenas gave a brief summary of each <br /> applicant and gave his recommendations. <br /> MOTION TO RECOMMEND CHRISTOPHER WEST AND RUSSELL COLMORE FOR VAB <br /> APPOINTMENT: Kristin Ashley moved to recommend Christopher West and Russell Colmore for <br /> appointment on the Veterans Advisory Board. Ed Barry second. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> 1 <br />
