BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br /> STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2026 <br /> TO ADOPT AMENDMENTS TO THE PUBLIC LANDS ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br /> BYLAWS <br /> WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County established the Public <br /> Lands Advisory Committee via Resolution 2013-134 and corresponding Bylaws; <br /> were adopted via Resolution 2015-086; and <br /> WHEREAS: the Board of County Commissioners has the authority to establish advisory <br /> committees and direct the adoption of corresponding Bylaws; and <br /> WHEREAS: the Public Lands Advisory Committee met and agreed upon the amended Bylaws <br /> which are attached hereto and hereby incorporated by this reference; and <br /> WHEREAS: the Board of County Commissioners concur with the Bylaw amendments; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Board of County Commissioners hereby adopts <br /> the attached amendments to the Public Lands Advisory Committee Bylaws. <br /> ADOPTED this day 2026. <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> Cory Wright, Chairman <br /> Attest: <br /> ❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik _ <br /> Brett Wachsmith,Vice-Chairman <br /> ❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br /> Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner <br />
