It is located in <br />Township 18N, Range 19E, Section 7. <br />II. POLICY AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS IN RELATION TO REQUEST <br />The proposal for a variance is to waive the 2024 Kittitas County Road Standards, Section <br />12.04.07.050, Access Placement Standards, specifically: <br />■ #7: No more than one access shall be granted to an individual parcel or continuous <br />parcels under the same ownership. <br />■ Table 12.04.07-2 Access Spacing Requirements <br />■ Commercial Approach Requirements — Paved approach <br />III. SUGGESTED FINDING OF FACTS <br />This matter having come before the Road Variance Committee upon the above referenced Road <br />Variance Application submitted by Kristen & Daniel Jentges, owners of Parcels 474234 / 414234, <br />the Road Variance Committee makes the following Findings of Facts, Conclusions of Law and <br />Decision related to the above referenced matter: <br />1. The Road Variance Committee finds that Kristen & Daniel Jentges, owners of parcels 474234 <br />/ 414234 submitted a road variance application on May 07, 2026. <br />2. The subject property is located at 730 Alford Road, Ellensburg WA. <br />3. The Committee finds that the applicant is asking for a variance to the 2024 Kittitas County <br />Road Standards, Section 12.04.07.050, Access Placement Standards, specifically: <br />■ #7: No more than one access shall be granted to an individual parcel or continuous <br />parcels under the same ownership. <br />■ Table 12.04.07-2 Access Spacing Requirements <br />■ Commercial Approach Requirements — Paved approach <br />The request is to construct a second access for commercial use on Alford Road utilizing an <br />existing agricultural access point that does not meet the access spacing requirements. <br />4.
