<br />05/19/2026 MINUTES 4 <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE – NONE <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS - NONE <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS - NONE <br /> <br />BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS - NONE <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />At 10:12 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would enter into an <br />Executive Session for five minutes with Chad Bala, Community Development <br />Services Director; Jamey Ayling, Planning Manager; and Stephanie <br />Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor, under RCW <br />42.30.110(1)(i)(ii)Litigation that the agency reasonably believes may be <br />commenced by or against the agency, the governing body To discuss with <br />legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the <br />agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the <br />governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is <br />likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. There was no action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:17 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
