Meeting called to order at 5:32 PM. <br /> 2. Citizen Comments:Amy Mohler gave an update on the community calendar that had been <br /> discussed previously. She was in contact with a city employee who informed her that it is live. <br /> 3. Approval of Minutes: <br /> MOTION TO APPROVE APRIL 141h and 281h 2026 MEETING MINUTES: Rich Elliott moved to <br /> approve the April meeting minutes.Toby Allphin second. Motion carried to approve the April, <br /> 2026, meeting minutes. <br /> 4. Strategic Planning: Robin Read led a discussion on vision, mission, and guiding principles. The <br /> board broke up into small groups to review the previous statements and discuss edits.The <br /> board members reconvened and shared their ideas. <br /> 5. Other Business: None <br /> 6.
