SOFT COSTS <br />(Sales Tax, Permit Fees, Etc.) <br />$70,754 <br />TOTA!- CSST $208"'t00 <br />scoPrNG I nz <br />Two single occupancy restrooms. <br />Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Sprinkler Scope: <br />Mechanical:This option includes all branch level ductwork, <br />single duct terminal units, GRDs, building controls, and heating <br />water piping to support the bucket's build-out areas. <br />Plumbing: All Level 0 above grade plumbing to service the <br />areas outlined in this scope are previously completed. All <br />water, waste, and vent piping, fixtures, valves, and balancing <br />of hot water recirculation system is included to support this <br />scope's build-out areas. <br />Fire Sprinkler: All sprinkler piping and heads required to <br />service this bucket's build-out areas <br />New power, data, lighting and fire alarm systems will be <br />provided for the construction of the planned restrooms. <br />Permanent lighting will be installed in finished areas. <br />Mechanical connections will be provided to support planned <br />mechanical improvements.
