SECTION L <br />DATA TO BE COLLECTED <br />Old Heat will become a facility on the edge of the CWU campus for business and <br />university to collaborate on technology initiatives. lt will have adequate parking, <br />and the building will provide much-needed event and conference space in the <br />city of Ellensburg. <br />To track progress against these measures, Old Heat will collect data in the <br />following categories: <br />Facility Operations Data: Occupancy rates, number of businesses <br />engaged with technology diffusion, tenant industry classification. <br />Programmatic Data: Number of CWUled workshops, industry <br />conferences, and community events. <br />WorKorce and Student Engagement Data: Number of students engaged <br />annually; employment outcomes for student participants. <br />Economic lmpact Data: Direct, indirect, and induced job creation; wage <br />levels compared to county medians; industry sectoral breakdown from <br />IMPLAN. <br />Regional Linkages Data: Number of cross-regional contracts, <br />partnerships, or supply-chain engagements with Yakima, King County, <br />and Wenatchee clusters. <br />a <br />a <br />62 | Old Heat CERB Feasibility Study
