ARTICLE 9 - Subcommittees <br />9.1 The AAC may, from time to time, establish subcommittees or ad hoc <br />committees, define their powers and duties, duration, and appoint their members <br />9.2 Members of the public may be appointed to a subcommittee to provide diverse <br />opinion and input by approval of the AAC. <br />9.3 The subcommittee Chair and Vice-Chair shall be a regular member of the AAC. <br />The AAC Chair and Vice-Chair may be members of a subcommittee and will not chair a <br />subcommittee. <br />9.4 Standing subcommittees shall include: <br />. Economic Development <br />. AeronauticalOperations <br />ARTICLE 1,0 - Amending the Bylaws <br />1-0.1 The Bylaws may be amended by a favorable vote of at least 2/3 of the appointed <br />Committee members. <br />IO.2 Proposed Amendments to Bylaws will be reviewed in January and adopted in <br />February and, if adopted, forwarded to the BOCC. <br />Foregoing Bylaws of the Kittitas County Airport Advisory Committee approved and adopted this <br />22nd day of April 2026 and approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners this <br />19th day of May 2026. <br />Airport Advisory Committee Bylaws Adopted 04/19/2022 and Amended05/19/2026 <br />Page 5
