ARTICLE 4 - Meetings <br />4.L The Committee will meet once a month on the second Wednesday of the month <br />unless the Chair and Airport Manager agree that there is no need. ln no event will the <br />AAC meet less than once every three months. <br />4.2 Special meetings may be called by the Board of County Commissioners, the <br />Airport Manager, or the Chair of the Committee. <br />4.3 All meetings of the Committee shall be open to the public. Members of the <br />public will be allowed 1 (one) minute to comment on agenda or non-agenda items. The <br />Committee may place an issue raised during public comment on a future agenda but <br />shall not take action on any issue, not on the agenda. <br />4.4 The Airport Manager or their designee shall take minutes of each meeting and <br />present them to the Committee for review and approval at the following meeting. <br />4.5 A record of all meetings, shall be kept bythe Clerkof the Committee. The <br />records shall be retained according to the public records retention schedule. <br />4.6 All meetings will be conducted under Roberts Rules of Order <br />4.7 Virtual meetings may be approved by the committee subject to guidelines and <br />requirements of Kittitas County and BOCC. <br />4.8 Each AAC meeting shall have regular agenda topics comprising the following <br />o Approvalof the minutes <br />o Old / New Business <br />o Aeronautical Operations Subcommittee report <br />o Economic Development Subcommittee report <br />o Airport Management report (informational items only) <br />o Public Comment <br />ARTICLE 5 - Notice of Meetings <br />5.1 A public notice of all Committee meetings stating the place, day and hour shall <br />be given at least seventy-two hours before such meeting and be posted at the location <br />of the meeting and on-line at the Kittitas County website. <br />5.2 Complete agendas and minutes of the previous meeting will be provided to each <br />committee member at least 5 business days prior to commencing the meeting along <br />with all relevant documents necessary to make informed decisions on agenda items. <br />Airport Advisory Committee Bylaws Adopted 04/19/2022 and Amended 05/19/2026 <br />Page 3
