9CWU OLD HEAT GRANT SUPPORT <br />SCOPING 02 <br />SCOPE: ANNEX OCCUPANCY <br />This option represents the base cost to create an occupiable interior space on the annex side of the building. <br />While the space will be occupiable from a building code perspective, this scope does not include interior build-out. Interior drywall/finishes would need to be added as part of future Tenant Improvement work. <br />To complete this scope the Warm Shell scope needs to be completed first. <br />1. SOFT COSTS $99,333 <br /> (Sales Tax, Permit Fees, Etc.) <br />TOTAL COST $292,156 <br />Architectural: <br />This option includes the build-out of the annex slab including <br />below grade plumbing for two single occupancy restrooms <br />and one coffee bar sink (not included in this scope). <br />Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Sprinkler Scope: <br />Mechanical: No scope is included. <br />Plumbing: All Level 0 below grade plumbing to service the <br />areas outlined in this bucket was completed previously. <br />Fire Sprinkler: No scope is included. <br />Electrical: <br />No scope is included.
