Old Heat CERB Feasibility Study | 67
Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS). Median annual compensation was
converted to hourly wages for comparability. For blended estimates of Old Heat’s
impact, we weighted sectoral medians (e.g., aerospace, agricultural machinery,
advanced materials, embedded systems) to arrive at a conservative aggregate
wage band. These figures were compared against Kittitas County’s current
median to demonstrate the wage premium potential of Old Heat tenants.
Images from CWU Website and Facebook
First 3 Images from Katie Cherrier
Content from Collaborators:
Kittitas County Public Works
Josh Fredrickson, Director
Central Washington University
Business and Community Services (BCS)
Rob Ogburn, Associate Vice President, Federal Relations / Executive
Director, BCS
Bill Provaznik, PhD., Director
Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce
Amy McGuffin,CEO/President and Kittitas County
Content from pdf:
OldHeat-Study-1025-RD3
Supporting Images from Loopnet, Zillow and Google for Alternate Site Images
SUPPORT FROM COLLABORATOR
CARA MCNAB WITH RPC
CONSULTING:
Ranch Park Consulting is a national
consulting firm specializing in
economic development, agricultural
law, and direct marketing guidance.
We help communities and producers
navigate policy, strengthen local
economies, and activate opportunities
on the ground.
