BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO.2026 - <br />ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE CONFERENCE OF GOVERNMENTS BYLAWS <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County established the <br />Conference of Governments (COG) said Bylaws; and <br />WHEREAS: The Board has the authority to establish and amend the COG Bylaws by <br />Resolution; and <br />WHEREAS: The COG met and reviewed the suggested amendments to the COG Bylaws at a <br />regularly scheduled meeting; and <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners concur with the Bylaw amendments as <br />presented. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby adopt the attached amendments to the Conference of <br />Governments Bylaws. <br />DATED this 19th day of May 2026, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Cory Wright, Chairman <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />Brett Wachsmith, Vice -Chairman <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner <br />
