KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: May 12, 2026 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Rodeo Arena Seating Project Update <br />PROJECT UPDATE: The contractor has provided us with an updated schedule showing <br />that the project is scheduled to be completed July 22, 2026. The <br />schedule is attached and you can see that the July date includes <br />completing any punch list items that maybe found during the final <br />inspection. <br />An updates change order summary for the project is also attached. <br />ACTION: Discussion regarding project funding. <br />INTERACTION: Finance, Event Center, ALSC Architects, Cascade Central and <br />NorPac. <br />ATTACHMENTS: Construction Progress schedule and Change Order Summary <br />LEAD STAFF: Patti Stacey, Facilities and Waste Operations Director <br />
