Article 42 Environmental Plannlng 6nd HIstodG Preseruatlon (EHP) Revlew <br />DHS/FEMA funded activities that may require an Environmental Planning and <br />Historic Preservation (EHP) review are sub,iect to the FEMA EHP revieur process- <br />This review does notaddress all federal,state, and local requirements- Acceptance <br />of federal funding requires the recipientto comply witr all fuderal, state and local <br />laws.
