EMPG PROGRAM SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS <br />The Department receives EMpG funding from DHS/FEMA, to assist state, local, and tribal governments <br />to enhance and sustain all-hazards emergency management capabilities as authorized by Robert T' <br />Stafford Disaster Relief and Emerglncy nisistince Aci, as amended (42 U.S.c SS 5121 et seq') and <br />Section 662 of the Post Katrina Emergency Management Act (6 U'S.C.
