5 Snoqualmie Pass Comprehensive Safety Plan I Kittitas County <br />Executive Summary I Killed or Serious lnjury <br />(KSl) Collisions <br />Three Collisions (3%) <br />Snoqualmie Pass (the Pass) is a small <br />mountain communicy located at the border <br />of Kittitas County and King County. Known <br />for its popularity as a year-round recreation <br />destination, the area experiences significant <br />seasonal and weekend trattic flucruadons <br />that impact quality of life and safery for <br />residents and visitors alike. <br />ln response, Kittitas County is developing a Comprehensive <br />SafetyAction Plan (CSAP)tailored to the unique conditions <br />of Snoqualmie Pass.
