Meeting called to order at 5:32 PM. <br /> 2. Citizen Comments: N/A <br /> 3. Approval of Minutes:Tabled due to lack of quorum <br /> 4. Review Biennial Plan: Robin Read reviewed the notes from the previous meeting and talked <br /> about data regarding adult employment statistics, clarifying it is a point in time count. They <br /> discussed ways to gather more community input through an additional survey or discussion <br /> groups for collaborative brainstorming, specifically including community members we don't <br /> already have contact with. <br /> 5. Other Business: <br /> Quorum discussion <br /> There was concern about low meeting attendance.The group discussed ways in which we could <br /> prevent quorum issues. Suggestions included a shift in meeting times or amending the bylaws to <br /> include additional board members. <br /> 6.
