Meeting called to order at 5:30 PM. <br /> 2. Citizen Comments: N/A <br /> 3. Approval of Minutes (December 2025): <br /> MOTION TO APPROVE FEBRUARY AND MARCH, 2026 MEETING MINUTES: Rich Elliott moved to <br /> approve the February and March meeting minutes. Hope Isitt second. Motion carried to approve <br /> the February and March, 2026, meeting minutes. <br /> 4. Review Biennial Plan: Robin Read reviewed data and previous plan information with the <br /> committee.They discussed demographic information for Kittitas County. Information about <br /> funding from DDCS and Millage was shared. The committee talked about previous priorities and <br /> how they have been impacted by the work that has been done. Robin led them through an <br /> analysis process and discussed next steps. <br /> 5. Other Business: <br /> a) City of Ellensburg Housing Upcate <br /> Emma Madland asked the committee if they would like to postpone their visit to the <br /> planning commission, instead getting more information about the affordable housing <br /> committee's ADU research. The committee agreed and will be pausing their outreach <br /> until they have more insight. <br /> 6. Meeting concluded at 6:24 PM <br /> 1 <br />
