The analysis and recommendations in this report are conceptual in nature based upon limited information, and before implementing any changes, or using any of its information for design or construction, Kittitas County should conduct a more detailed analysis and make sure that the design or construction documents reflect specific, detailed, local and field conditions. The scope of this work, including study locations, time frame, and topics, was determined by the client.
