BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO.2026- <br />AUTHORIZING CHAIR SIGNATURE ON ARDURRA GROUP, INC. TASK ORDER NO.3 — <br />HUNGRY JUNCTION ROAD PROJECT <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works procured on -call professional engineering services from <br />Ardurra Group, Inc. consistent with state law and county code in July 2025; and <br />WHEREAS: Ardurra Group, Inc. is being provided with 60% plans that were developed by County <br />Staff; and <br />WHEREAS: Ardurra Group, Inc. prepared a scope of work and fee proposal to provide bid ready plans, <br />estimates, and specifications for said Project; and <br />WHEREAS: The value of Task Order No. 3 exceeds the contract authorization amount currently <br />provided to the Public Works Director; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED The Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br />Washington, in the best interest of the public, does hereby authorize Chair signature on <br />Ardurra Group, Inc.
