<br />As a condition of a grant award, the Sponsor, Kittitas County, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil
<br />Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC §§ 2000d to 20OOd-4). 28,CFR § 50,,3, and 49 CFR Part 21, hereby notifies all
<br />bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, all contractors will be

<br />The requirements of 49 CF1 Part 26 including any amendments thereto apply to this contract. It is the policy of the Kittitas
<br />County to practice nondiscrimination based on race, color, sex, or national origin in the award or performance of this
<br />contract. The Owner encourages participation by all firms qualifying under this solicitation regardless of business size or
<br />ownership.
<br />All required Federal Clauses including the labor provisions, and wage rates are included in the specifications and bid
<br />documents. Each bidder must supply all of the information required by the bid documents and specifications.
<br />This project includes Federal funds and is subject to the wage provisions ot the Shington State Public Works Laws,
<br />Federal Davis -Bacon, and related acts. Payments to the Contractor will not be made unless Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages
<br />have been filed and approved for the Prime Contractor and all subcontractors.
