KIfiITAS COUNTY AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES PHMH-018 (Prev KCRCO) This Agreement for services (hereinafter "Agreement") is entered into by and between Kittitas county (hereinafter "County"), a political subdivision of tne State of Washington' and Peers Rising (hereinafter "Co ntra cto r" ). The purpose of thls Agreement is as follows: Peers Rising will expand youth prevention and recovery services in Kittitas county through peer-red youth support groups, famiry rife skiils workshops, and winter wellness supply distribution.
