<br />25.ComoleteAgreement:ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesand
<br />supersedes any and ariotner agreements, understandings, negotiarions and discussions, orar orwritten, express
<br />orimplied,regardingtheworktobeperformedhereunder.Thepartiesagreethatnootherrepresentations,
<br />inducements, prornises, agreements, or warranties relating to this Agreement' orai or otherwise' have been made
<br />between the parties. Except as provided elsewhere in this ag'.iement, no rnoclification or waiver of this
<br />Agreement shall be valid or binding unless in writing and signed by the parties'
