<br /> THIS COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT OF DEED OF TRUST AND PROMISSORY
<br />NOTE (this “Assignment”), is entered into as of __________________, 2026, between
<br />HOPESOURCE, a Washington nonprofit corporation (“Assignor”), and KITTITAS COUNTY, a
<br />political subdivision of Washington State, whose address is 205 W 5th Ave, Suite 108, Ellensburg,
<br />WA 98926 (“Assignee” or the “County”), in connection with an award in the amount of Seven
<br />Hundred Fifty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($750,000) (the “County Funds”) made by Assignee
<br />to Assignor under that certain Homeless Housing Program Grant Agreement, Contract HH-2021-
<br />001-HopeSource-CIP, dated July 15, 2021, as amended by that certain Amendment No. 1 dated
<br />November 21, 2023, that certain Amendment No. 2 dated November 5, 2024, that certain
<br />Amendment No. 3 dated June 3, 2025, and that certain Amendment No. 4 dated April 21, 2026 (as
<br />amended, the “County Agreement”). Assignor has loaned the proceeds of the County Funds (the
