Section 3.2 — Term, subsection 3.2.1 is amended to extend the term for two years and shall now read as <br />follows: <br />3.2.1 The initial term of the Contract will commence on July 1, 2024, and continue through June 30, <br />2028, unless terminated sooner as provided herein. <br />2. Section 3.3 — Compensation, subsection 3.3.1 is amended to increase the maximum compensation and <br />shall now read as follows: <br />3.3.1 The parties have determined the cost of accomplishing the work herein will not exceed <br />$61,252.00, inclusive of all fees, taxes, and expenses. Compensation for satisfactory performance <br />of the work will not exceed this amount unless the parties agree to a higher amount through an <br />amendment. <br />3. In Attachment 1: Statement of Work, is hereby amended and replaced in its entirety with a new <br />Attachment 1 B, Statement of Work, and is attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br />4. A new Attachment 5: ABCD Action Plan, is hereby incorporated and attached hereto. <br />5. Attachment 5: Data Sharing Agreement, is hereby renumbered to be Attachment 6, and any reference <br />throughout the Contract to the Data Sharing Agreement shall be updated to reference the new <br />attachment number. <br />HCA Contract No. K7461-2 Page 1 of 14 <br />
