Require weekly written reports from the Shared Epidemiologist covering: <br />Projects and progress <br />Meetings and trainings <br />Barriers, recommendations, and support needs <br />vii. Use official communication channels consistent with jurisdiction policies and <br />communication matrices. <br />viii. Ensure secure access to required databases and shared systems. <br />ix. Coordinate between IT departments to ensure: <br />■ Compatibility <br />• Cybersecurity <br />• Compliance with standards <br />X. Host shared analytic tools on mutually agreed -upon platforms. <br />A, In the event of turnover, collaborate on recruitment, onboarding, and interim <br />coverage. <br />For the Shared Epidemiologist Responsibilities, please refer to the Shared Epidemiologist Scope of Work <br />(Appendix A). <br />4.
