KITTITAS COUNTY AMENDMENT TO: <br />Agreement for Services between Kittitas <br />County and Peers Rising PHMH-018 <br />Amendment 1 <br />This Amendment ("Amendment") is made as of March 1, 2026 by and between Kittitas <br />County (hereinafter "County"), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and Peers <br />Rising (hereinafter "Contractor"). <br />WHEREAS, the parties entered into an agreement dated January 1, 2026 through <br />December 31, 2027 (the "Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. The Agreement is amended as follows: <br />In Attachment B, Compensation, add the following language: <br />The purchase of supplies, equipment, and materials for daily general <br />activities, including but not limited to arts and crafts, games, food, and <br />supplies for recreational activities are not allowable. <br />Any uses of these funds outside of the listed allowable uses must be <br />approved by Kittitas County in advance of the expenditure, in writing. The <br />Contractor must contact the contract manager in advance for review and <br />approval of any purchases of unclear allowability. <br />In Attachment B, Compensation, under Reimbursement Procedures, add the <br />following language: <br />Contractor must submit the Non Payroll Expenses Invoicing Template with <br />invoices that include non -payroll expenses. <br />Add Attachment I to include the Non Payroll Expenses Invoicing Template (attached) <br />2.
