TIME LIMIT) <br /> See Below. <br /> AGENDA APPROVAL <br /> Bryan Elliott requested to have Item #2 Citizen Comments moved to Item #4 Other <br /> Business to allow for comments regarding the discussion. Steven Cook made a <br /> motion to move Item #2 Citizen Comments to Item #4 Other Business. Jeff Adams <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> DISCUSSION/DECISION: KCEDP EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR HIRING PROCESS AND NEXT STEPS <br /> Bryan Elliott provided background on the purpose of the special meeting including <br /> the discussion surrounding the pause on the recruitment of the KCEDP Executive <br /> Director. Bryan Elliott referenced the previous supporting documentation for the <br /> recruitment of this position including the Subcommittee Recruitment Plan, the job <br /> description, Charter and timeline. Richard Hink mentioned the current timeline <br /> still being in phase one (1) and suggested that the group look at how the position <br /> 03-04-2026 Minutes 1 <br />
