KITTITAS COUNTY <br /> CONFERENCE OF GOVERNMENTS MINUTES <br /> CITY OF KITTITAS - CITY HALL <br /> 207 North Main Street - Kittitas <br /> Regular Meeting <br /> 5:30 PM MARCH 18, 2026 <br /> WEDNESDAY <br /> Committee Members Present: Bryan Elliott, Nancy Goodloe, Rich Elliott, Steven Cook, <br /> Jim DeVere, Dave Allenbaugh, Richard Hink, Sean Crabb, Tom Uren <br /> Committee Members Absent: Cory Wright, Jeff Adams, Matthew Lundh <br /> Others: <br /> Josh Fredrickson and Candie Leader - Kittitas County Public Works <br /> Amy McGuffin - Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce <br /> Carryn Vande Griend - Puget Sound Energy <br /> No members of the public <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> The meeting was called to order at 5:32 p.m. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS (3 MIN. TIME LIMIT) <br /> No citizen comments. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA AND FEBRUARY MEETING MINUTES <br /> Sean Crabb inquired if any amendments were needed to the agenda. Rich Elliott <br /> made a motion to approve the agenda as presented with Dave Allenbaugh seconding <br /> the motion. Motion passed. <br /> Sean Crabb asked the group if they reviewed the February meeting minutes. Rich <br /> Elliott made a motion to approve the February meeting minutes as presented. <br /> Steven Cook seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE UPDATE <br /> Amy McGuffin provided an update on the CTE Program and the focus on workforce <br /> development and connections to businesses in the area. Amy McGuffin stated that <br /> the Chamber has been experiencing a good turnout at the Summits with approximately <br /> seventy-five (75) to one hundred (100) students participating with the most recent <br /> Summit focusing on Hospitality and Tourism. Amy McGuffin reported that <br /> additionally the Chamber is continuing to have conversations regarding the <br /> development of a Skills Center with the ability to focus on other trades including <br /> 03-18-2026 Minutes 1 <br />
