KITTITAS COUNTY AMENDMENT TO: <br />ProfessionaI Services Agreement <br />Amendment #2 <br />This Amendment ('Amendment") is made as of December 31 ,2025, by and between Kittitas <br />County (hereinafter.,County"), a potiticat subdivision of the State of Washington, and Ettensburg <br />Schoot District (hereinafter "Contractor"). <br />wHEREAS, the parties entered into an agreement dated January 1,2025 (the "Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreemenu <br />NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as fotlows: <br />1.
