KITTITAS COUNTY AMENDMENT TO: <br />ProfessionaI Services Agreement <br />Amendment #2 <br />This Amendment ('Amendment") is made as of December 31 ,2025, by and between Kittitas <br />County (hereinafter "County"), a politicaI subdivision of the State of Washington, and Thorp <br />Schoot District (hereinafter "Contractor"). <br />WHEREAS, the parties entered into an agreement dated January 1,2025 (the'Agreement");and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as fotlows: <br />1.
