27 .2 This Agreement embodies the entire Agreement between the County and
<br />Contractor, and supersedes any and atl. prior agreements, regarding the Work.
<br />No change, amendment or modification of any provisions of this Agreement
<br />shaLt be valid unless setforth in a written instrument signed bythe partyto be
<br />bound thereby.
<br />27 .3 The rights and remed ies of the County set fofth in any provision of this
<br />Agreement are in addition to and do not in any way iimit any other rights of
<br />remedies aflorded to the County by any other provisions of this Agreement, by
<br />any of Contractor's Suppott or by law.
<br />27.4 The headings of sections and paragraphs of this Agreement are for
<br />convenience of reference only and are not intended to restrict, affect or be of
<br />any weight in the interpretation or construction of the provisions of such
<br />sections or paragraphs.
<br />28. W_aive_r:
<br />Waiver of any breach or condition of this Agreement shal.l not be deemed a waiver of any prior
<br />orsubsequentbreach. NotermsorconditionsofthisAgreementshaLlbeheldtobewaived,
<br />modified or deLeted except by an instrument, in writing, signed by the parties hereto.
<br />29. S*unq-ilral:
<br />The provisions of paragraphs 7, g, 1'l , 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 , ''l 8, 19, 2A, 21 ,22,23,24,28,30, and
<br />31,g2shalt survive, notwithstandingthe termination or invalidity of this Agreementfor any
<br />reason.

<br />ln the performance of this Agreement, the Contractorwitl notdiscriminate
<br />against any employee or appl.icant for emptoyment on the grounds of race,

<br />the presence of any sensory, mental or physical handicap;provided that
<br />the prohibition against discrimination in employment because of

<br />that appticants are emptoyed, and that emptoyees are treated during

<br />be timited to: employment, upgrading, demotion or transfers, recruitment or
