The contractor shatt take such action as may be required toensure futtcomptiance with the provisions in the immediatety preceding paragraphs herein. 31. Preyaiting_V{age: The contractor shatt pay the prevailing rate of wages to att workers, taborers, or mechanicsemployed in the performance of any part of the work in accordance with Rcw 39.1 2 andthe rutes and regutations of the Department of Labor and lndustries. The schedule ofprevaiting wages rates for the tocaLity or Locatities of the Work is dererrnined by thelndustriaI statistician of the Department of Labor and lndustries. lt is the contractor,sresponsibil'ity to verify the appticabl.e prevaiting wage rate. lt is understood that thecontractor is responsib(e for obtaining and compteting au. required government forms andsubmitting same to the proper authorities. Disputes regarding prevaiting wage rates shatL be referred for arbitration to the Director ofthe Department of Labor and lndustries. The arbitration decision shal.t be finalandconclusive and binding on al.t parties invotved in the dispute as provided for by RCW39.12.060. 32.
