KITTITAS COUNTY AM ENDM ENT TO: <br />P rofessional, Services Agreement <br />This Amendment ("Amendment") is made as of December3l, 2O25,by and betu/een Kittitas <br />county (hereinafter,.county"), a potitical. subdivision of the state of washington, and Easton <br />Schoot District (hereinafter "Contractor")' <br />WHEREAS, the parties entered into an agreement dated January 1,2025 (the 'Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as fotlows: <br />1.
