12.2 't2.3 12.4 12.5 The county may, at any time, by written notice thereof to contractor ("change Not|ce,,)makescnangesintheWorkwithinthegeneratscopeofthis Agreement, inctuding, but not l'imited to: (a) changes in' revisions to' substitutions for, aOJitions to or detetions of any Work; (b) changes in schedute; and (c) acceteration, deceteration or suspension of performance of anyWork. lf any change in the work causes an increase or decrease on contractor's cost of, or the time required for, performance of the Work, an equitable adjustment in the compensation to contractor and in the scheduLe for the pedormance of the Work shaLt be made to ref[ect such an increase or decrease' Nohffithstanding any dispute or detay in arriving at a mutuatty acceptabte equitabLe adjustment, contractor shal.L proceed in accordance with al't change Notices. The contractor must, within thirry (30) days after receipt of any Change Notice that does not set forth any acceptabte adjustment, submit to theCountyawrittenstatementsettingforthanyadjustmentctaimed. lfanychangeresul'tsinadecreaseintheWorkperformed,Contractorshaltbe entitted to compensation associated with changing the work, such as revising designal'readycompleted,revisingcatcul.ationsalreadyperlormed,and revising documents. 1 3.
