12.2 The county may, at anytime, by written notice thereof to contractor ("change Notice,,)mat<eschangesintheWorkwithinthegeneratscopeofthis Agreement, inctudlng, but not timited to: (a) changes in' revisions to' substitutions for, additions to or del'etions of any work; (b) changes in schedule;and{c)acceleration,dece[erationorsUspensionofperformanceof anYWork- 12.3 lf any change in the work causes an increase ol decrease on contractor's cost of,orthetimerequiredfor,performanceoftheWork,anequitabl,eadjustment inthecompensationtoContractorandintheschedutefortheperformanceof theWorkshat|bemadetoreflectsuchanincreaseordecrease. l2.4Notwithstandinganydisputeordetayinarrivingatamutualtyacceptable equitabte adjustment, Contractor sl.latt proceed in accordance with a[1.
