EXHIBIT "B'' <br />COMPENSATION <br />As futt compensation for satisfactory performance of the work' the County shal't pay the <br />contractor compensation of $83,234. <br />Funds must onty be used to accomptish the Scope of Work as found in Exhibit AScope of <br />Work. <br />Any uses of these funds outside of the tisted atl,owabl.e uses must be approved by Kittitas <br />County in advance of the expenditure, in writing' <br />Ail, funding is based on [oca[ tax and fee revenue' lf I'ocal' economic conditions resutt in <br />insufficient funds to compensate at the stated tevets, the county reserves the right to <br />renegotiate funding amounts to remain within avaitabl'e revenue batances' The countywitl' <br />notify the contractor immediatety if financiat forecasting or actuats indicate such a <br />circumstance. <br />Att funds must be spent by 12/31/2025. No extension of the funding period witl' be granted' <br />Reimbursement Procedures <br />A. Att invoices must be submitted by the 20th day of the month fol'Lowing the catendar <br />month in which services were detivered' <br />C. The Contactor must provide adequate backup documentation to support costs in <br />each invoice. This inctudes a generat tedger from the financiat accounting system <br />detail.ing transactions and expenditure dates for atLowabte activities within the <br />period of performance. Payrotl. expenses must show employee names, hourty rate' <br />number of hours, total pay, and project code. Benefits can be one line item but <br />shoul.d incl.ude project code. Non-payroll expenses must inctude a copy of the <br />receipt or payment invoice. Payments to subcontractors must be listed as a <br />specific tine item per subcontractor' <br />D'Al,tinvoicesmustinctudeinvoicedateandaninvoicenumber. <br />E. Att invoices must atso be accompanied by an updated Contractor Spending Form' <br />as provided by Kittitas county, to ensure that bitting record keeping matches <br />CountY records. <br />F.
