Proposed shooting ranges in areas designated as agricultural land of long-term <br /> commercial significance shall comply with RCW 36.70A.177(31 as currently <br /> existing or hereafter amended, and shall be limited to lands with poor soils or <br /> those unsuitable for agriculture. <br /> 23. Limited to facilities that serve traditional rural or resource activities (such as <br /> granges). <br /> 24.
