PREMISES: <br />I.ESSOR hereby leases to I.ESSEE and LESSEE hereby lcases from L.ESSOR that portion <br />of'the AIRPOR'I described in Exhibit A attached hercto and incorporated herein by this <br />rcference. <br />(hereinafter "PREMISES") tbr thc puryoses set forth in this LEASE. I,F.SSEE agrees to <br />accept the PREMISES "As ls," and I,FISSOR makes no wananty as to the condition of the <br />PREMISES or their suilability for any particular purpose. <br />2, TERM: <br />Term. <br />2.1 Effectivc Date and Initial Term. <br />I'he Lease shall be eftbctive as oflthe Lease Date. 'fhe tenn of this Lcase shall be for a period <br />of thirty (30) years commencing on the Lease Date as pncvided in Exhibit C, ifattached, and <br />ending on Decernber 3 |e,2032, such period be ing the "lnitial Tcm" or "Term" and including <br />any extensions as provided in Section 2.2.
